Ipsos is committed to helping not-for-profit organizations pursue their mandates as effectively as possible as they work towards making a difference locally, nationally and internationally. We have experience working with some of North America’s most prominent charitable organizations, among which include World Vision, International Committee of the Red Cross, the United Way, YMCA, Lung Association, Kids Help Phone, Imagine Canada and Daily Bread Food Bank.

Recently, senior members of Ipsos Public Affairs held a workshop to help non-profit organizations gain a more sophisticated understanding of how research can be used cost effectively to help them achieve their objectives. We discussed core issues such as strengthening donor loyalty and attracting new donors, refining key target audiences for communications, re-branding with confidence, ad testing, message testing for advocacy, using research to generate publicity, and much more.
