Ipsos' syndicated study, Municipal Quality of Life and Financial Planning, is designed to help local governments better understand their citizens' satisfaction levels, attitudes, needs, and priorities. This study will provide municipal leaders with actionable information to track citizens' satisfaction levels, plan future budgets, develop new programs and services, and establish effective communication strategies. The survey explores the key issues, including:

  • Value for municipal tax dollars;
  • Views about alternative forms of revenue generation;
  • Satisfaction with services;
  • Quality of life;
  • Important issues facing the community;
  • Information needs; and
  • Website visitation.

Ipsos is also pleased to offer two new optional modules that target other important issues related to quality of life and financial planning: economic confidence and communications and engagement.
